Hi, my dear friends.
It’s December 31st, 2022 and I’m finally home again. I sit in my favourite chair with my new alpaca socks, my fannel boxers pyjama bottoms and a comfy tank top. Reflecting on this year’s events. We’ve travelled over the holiday’s and saw most of everyone we wanted to see. A few we have missed but will connect the next time.
It’s been a monumental year for sure. Seeing my dad in the hospital and coming out of his infection with covid. Hitching a ride with my brother Frank in a middle of a snowstorm to go get my dad out of the hospital and making sure he was alright.
Reconnecting with friends I haven’t seen in almost 30 years. It’s strange to think even after all that time, it’s like we never parted. I guess we go through stranges in our lives and meet people that were meant to be there at the time for a reason. I’ve missed a lot, but I’ve gain more now. Gratefull that he found me on FB. As that friend married my other friend. Now we have so much more to be grateful for, and a future to look forward too.
Seeing my family again as we live so far way, I only wished we had more time together. Please make sure you appreciate this moments as you don’t know what tomorrow will bring.
Fount covid myself and overcame it. it was hard but all I can say is rest yourself. Sleep when needed its the only way
I’ve wrote a manuscript to continue the Pierce legacy Series. Mary and Jake.
I’ve decide to put a halt to all published manuscript I’m not sure if I will eve publish again but I will not stop writing.
I’m not sure what 2023 will bring, but all I know is I want to focus on what is best for me. Get healthy if I lose weight will be a bonus, Continue writing.and reading of course.
Here is to 2023 let is be the best year ever.
Cheers all
Brenda
