It’s Friday. Well I made it I’ve walk daily getting my steps in for the week. It’s hard when you get to a certain age, trying to shed some love handles…haha. But I will push through it I will get to my next goal.
Do you set goals for yourself. Everything now I see is about affirmation, setting goals believing in yourself when no one else might. Pushing through those bad habits that kind of snuck in your like.
I’m not into gyms and beating yourself down. Oh I believe in being active yes, but for me the gym was never my thing. I like to push myself maybe not all the but sometimes.
